Meet Ally Crowley, DeWinter’s New Business Development Representative

We’re thrilled to introduce Ally Crowley, the newest member of the DeWinter team! With a passion for connecting top talent with leading companies, Ally Crowley will be spearheading efforts to expand our network and provide world-class consulting, direct hire, and permanent placement services for finance and accounting professionals across the Bay Area.

Q: Can you tell us a bit about your background and experience?

Ally: I am a Bay Area native, born and raised in Redwood City. I went to college at Northern Illinois University and graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science degree. Additionally, I minored in Deaf Studies and American Sign Language. Outside of work, I love to spend time with my family and friends, travel, eat good food and spend time outdoors.

Ally: The Bay Area is a hub of innovation and growth, and I’m eager to work with companies that are shaping the future. I’m excited to connect these organizations with our highly skilled talent, helping them achieve their goals while contributing to their success.

Q: What sets your approach to business development apart?

Ally: I believe in building authentic relationships that go beyond transactions. My goal is to really understand each company’s unique needs and challenges so that I can tailor our services to help them achieve long-term success.
