- Prioritize and address critical or urgent requests in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Work closely with IT, Engineering, and other teams to ensure seamless cross-functional coordination and execution of security projects.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), track progress, and ensure regular reporting on security program status. Hold stakeholders accountable for meeting program milestones and timelines.
- Use your expertise to influence cross-functional teams to stay aligned with security initiatives and organizational priorities. Drive alignment and accountability in technical and non-technical discussions.
- Constantly seek areas to enhance processes, focusing on improving program management efficiencies and security program execution.
Qualifications:

- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with IT, Engineering, and other stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
