Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Private Label Assortment Strategy & Operations lead to join our team on a contract basis. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive private label assortment strategy that aligns with our brand vision and market demands. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying and onboarding co-manufacturers, as well as managing the end-to-end product development and launch process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assortment Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design a robust private label assortment strategy that enhances our product offerings and meets consumer needs.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Project Management:
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and successful product launches.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to manage resources and resolve any project-related issues.
- Co-Manufacturer Identification and Onboarding:
- Identify potential co-manufacturers that align with our quality standards and business objectives.
- Lead the negotiation and onboarding process to establish strong partnerships that support our private label goals.
- Product Development:
- Work closely with product design, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure that all products meet our specifications and quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to streamline the development process.
- Launch Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement launch plans that maximize market impact and drive sales.
- Coordinate marketing, sales, and distribution efforts to ensure a cohesive and effective product introduction.
