Job Description:
You will play a critical role in driving the success of our day-to-day merchant experience and internal operations. You will help internal teams coordinate go-to-market for key features and announcements, and own scaled communication to our merchant partners. On a typical day, you may set up a new email campaign, drive cross-functional collaboration between sales and internal teams, or deep dive into account questions. The ideal candidate for this role has strong analytical and problem solving skills, is able to manage projects and cross-functional communication, and takes ownership of their work.

  • Analyze data and obsess over the details to solve problems for our merchant partners
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners from Strategy, Sales, Support and Accounting to drive execution
  • Manage day to day go-to-market operations, tracking progress against milestones and keeping tasks on track with deadlines
  • Set up and optimize email campaigns Ensure compliance and gather approvals for exceptions
  • Proactively share learnings, solve issues and implement new internal and external processes
  • Connect with merchants directly to learn about current experience, solve issues and support any ad-hoc requests

  • Demonstrated experience in strategy and operations, project management, program management, operations, or consulting
  • A proven track record of analytical problem solving, managing cross-functional initiatives, and succeeding in a fast moving environment
  • An analytical mindset and can deliver actionable recommendations out of complex datasets.
  • Are comfortable with or willing to learn how to build and run SQL queries to analyze business performance
  • Can think strategically and creatively to come up with solutions to complex problems
  • You have experience leading projects and display ownership over multiple projects and workstreams
