Job Description:
As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of a non-technical project.

Responsibilities include resource allocation, implementation and documentation of operational plans, and quality control.

You will regularly coordinate activities for a team of ~20 support agents, conduct and approve audits, and drive efficiency in our photo pipeline flow (collection, processing, and publishing).

This role requires strong project coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
 
Looking for someone who is:
  • Likely with retail operations experience, perhaps a store supervisor, e-commerce catalog owner, or even an event coordinator.
  • Super fast-paced, owns outcomes, gets details right, and can lead an ongoing project with cross-functional support.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Primary: Project Coordination & Execution – Coordinate with a distributed team to assign and track tasks. Manage an ongoing pipeline of photos to collect, process, and publish to customers. Oversee auditing processes to ensure publications meet high-quality standards.
  • Secondary: Process Improvement – Develop & refine playbooks. Identify opportunities and work with operators to implement them.
This is a daily process – we need someone who’s able to be hands on, available, and all over it
 
  • Project Management: Able to coordinate an ongoing intake of activities
  • Operational Oversight: Able to keep teams and individuals on-track and accountable to outcomes
  • Auditing / Quality Control: Detail-oriented in reviewing and approving data accuracy 
  • Communicative: Gives consistent, clear, concise daily updates
  • Process Improvement: Guides change management by creating and implementing improvements to playbooks
Technical Skills:
  • Google Sheets / Excel: Able to manage datasets with formulas and summarize with pivot tables and comfortable using this to organize all work from day one
  • Photo Editing: Has an eye for cropping, changing contrast, etc. for photos to look good
  • SQL (can learn on the job)
 
EXAMPLE PROJECTS / DAY IN THE LIFE
  • You’ll manage a daily process of collecting, processing, and publishing new photos.
  • Assign and track photo collection tasks across a team of volunteers
  • Organize and maintain a centralized photo database for easy access
  • Oversee photo auditing and publications
  • Work with vendors to process and mark images
  • QA audit results to ensure all published photos meet quality standards
  • Publish photos to customers
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
