  JOB DESCRIPTION: 

  We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Financial Analyst on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a talented team, providing crucial financial insights and supporting strategic decision-making

  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Oversee all aspects of the finance and accounting functions within the company.

  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.

  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes.

  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.

  • Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.

  • Collaborate with senior management to drive financial growth and operational efficiency.

  • Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performing and cohesive environment.

  • Evaluate financial performance and present findings to executive leadership.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 

  Education or Experience (in years): 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

  • Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.

  • Solid understanding of financial modeling and forecasting.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software applications.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  Additional Skills (preferred but not required):

  • Master’s degree in Finance or related field.

  • Relevant certifications (CFA, CPA, etc.).s.

Knowledge and skills:

  • Understanding of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement).

  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis, modeling, and data manipulation.

  • Familiarity with financial software and databases.

  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

  REPORT TO: 

Director or Finance

  Pay Range: $40-$50 per hour 

  Compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate. Our full-time Consultants have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401K as well as PTO, sick leave, and other benefits mandated by localities where they reside or work.
