Executive Assistant
Contract (3-6 months)
Location
: Back Bay, Booston, MA. 
Compensation: $30-40/hour - DOE

Requirements 

  • Calendar management
  • Experience working with and Board of Trustees doing correspondence, making materials and scheduling
  • Microsoft Office Suite

Board & Leadership Support
  • Manage calendaring for the Board of Trustees and Committee meetings, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing board correspondence, meeting materials, and board packets.
Administrative & Project Support
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the senior leadership team on various projects.
  • Assist in drafting, editing, and managing important documents and communications.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information.
Meeting & Event Coordination
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up actions.
  • Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and ensure timely distribution of relevant materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support events and special initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in supporting board governance and leadership teams is a plus.
