Job Title: Accounts Payable Manager

Job Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Job Summary:

This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the accounts payable function, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the accounts payable department.
• Supervise and mentor the AP team, ensuring performance and development.
• Oversee the processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices.
• Prepare and analyze AP reports and metrics.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and accounting standards.

• 7+ years of accounts payable experience.
• 3+ years of experience in an accounts payable management role.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Salary range: $125,000 - $145,000 per year.
