Lauren Barthman
Director, Technical Consulting
Lauren began her staffing career in 2014, initially focusing on Administrative Staffing and later transitioning to Accounting. Since joining Maris Consulting Group / DeWinter in 2021, her primary focus has shifted to IT/Engineering. Lauren finds the dynamic nature of staffing appealing, especially the fact that her "product" has feelings and emotions, making each day unique.
Her competitive spirit, developed on the golf course during her upbringing, complements her passion for learning, traveling, and staying active.
